Image Delivery

Digital Images can be delivered by 2 means.

Hardcopy Delivery

Image delivery by FTP is the most cost effective way to retrieve your scanned image(s). We will place your scanned image(s) on our FTP server and supply you with password access to the directory location. Your image(s) will be retrievable through your internet browser interface by clicking on the target file where upon the download process will begin to the destination folder you specify.

Delivery by CD-ROM will be by either express courier service (i.e. Fedex, DHL or similar), or EMS (Express Mail Service) or by Registered Air Mail as per your request. There is an CD-ROM set up and burning cost of CHF 50.- per CD-ROM regardless of the number of images burnt to disc assuming the images do not exceed the disc storage space.

Delivery of 35mm Slides

All 35mm slides will be delivered by either express courier service (i.e. Fedex, DHL or similar), or EMS (Express Mail Service) or by Registered Air Mail as per your request. Please indicate whether you need the 'original' or whether a 'high quality duplicate' is acceptable. Please read our image submission contract that you are aware of the terms of any image submission and your responsibilities.

Express Courier Service: DHL, TNT, Federal Express, UPS

Delivery costs by Express Courier will be determined when your order is complete. If you have an existing account with one of the above Express Courier Organisations and would prefer the costs of delivery be attributed directly to you on receipt of the goods please let us know at time of ordering.
